- Users must not interfere with the operation of the website, exam systems, or partner platforms.
- Misuse of services may lead to suspension or termination.
7. Payment Terms
- Fees are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
- Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank charges, or currency conversion fees.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy posted on the website, where applicable.
8. Certification and Credentials
- Certification status is contingent upon meeting exam, experience, and ethical requirements.
- Maintaining certification may require continuing education or recertification steps.
- SCR may verify, suspend, or revoke a credential when warranted.
9. Partner Programmes
- Accredited Training and Exam Partners, Academic, Corporate, and Government Partners must comply with the SCR partner agreement and operating standards.
- Use of SCR brand, materials, and certifications is permitted only within the scope of an active partnership.
- SCR may terminate a partnership for breach of these Terms or applicable agreements.
10. Conduct Expectations
Users must uphold professional and ethical standards consistent with the SCR mission to advance responsible corporate reputation management. Violations — including fraud, plagiarism, or breach of confidentiality — may result in sanctions, including credential revocation.
11. Disclaimers
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- SCR does not guarantee exam success, employment outcomes, or specific reputational results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
13. Indemnification
